Sansid was founded in 2022 by Satya Sanivarapu, an MIT graduate, after an 18-year journey across the corporate landscape—from consulting to leading Digital Transformations of various kinds across diverse industries.

While working with large enterprises, Satya saw a surprising trend: despite deep pockets and cutting-edge tools, many organizations failed to tap even half the power of the technology they owned. Complex systems, rigid processes, and organizational inertia often left potential on the table—trapped beneath layers of inefficiency and underuse.

Determined to rewrite that narrative, Satya launched Sansid with a clear mission: to help small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) unlock the full value of modern technology—boldly, affordably, and fearlessly. Where larger firms move slowly, SMEs can leap—if equipped right.

Since then, Sansid has partnered with luxury retailers and hard goods distributors across North America, helping them operate smarter, scale faster, and compete stronger.

Satya is a seasoned Strategist, Technologist, and a published author of the "Musings of The Contemplative Leader" - a leadership manifesto blending contemplative wisdom with strategic leadership in the digital era [Buy the Book on Amazon].

With two decades of experience applying cutting-edge technology to solve real-world business challenges. His cross-industry expertise spans Information Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Pharmaceuticals. Satya has led transformative initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic brands—including Walmart, Kimberly-Clark, GUCCI (Kering Group), The Hershey Company, Ferrero, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

Satya launched Sansid to bring the power of enterprise-grade technology to small and mid-sized businesses—organizations often overlooked yet rich with potential. 

With Sansid, the goal for companies is not just to catch up with larger players but, in many cases, surpass them in agility, innovation, and value creation.

Satya holds two full-time Masters degrees: an MBA in Marketing and another in Supply Chain Management from MIT. 

He also holds an undergraduate Computer Science Engineering degree, grounding him in the technical rigor that underpins his work today.

This venture is the culmination of Satya’s global experience and personal mission—to democratize the transformative power of technology for businesses ready to rise.
